EXPLANATION: In Debian-based Linux distros (and maybe in others, but I don't have experience in others), a lot of programs, games, applications, etc. are stored in repositories on the internet, and to install these programs you have to use the terminal command "apt-get install (software name)". sudo is a command that you can prefix to most commands that makes the computer do whatever you tell it to, regardless of administrative privileges. If you try to install a program from the repos that doesn't exist, the result is as seen in the comic.
